Raif received a special nomination for HR-Brand Ukraine 2021 Award "Jury Choice"

As an employer, Raiffeisen Bank became the winner in special nomination "Jury Choice" within HR-Brand Ukraine 2021 Award. The bank received this award for implementation of “New Word of Work” project.

The new reality accelerated changes in business and led to overall flexibility in everything: the work environment, work formats, communications, new approaches to working with a team. New Word of Work was launched in Raiffeisen Bank to help people in their adaptation as well as to maintain high business efficiency.

"On the one hand, the participation in New World of Work project was a great challenge, because it had almost no analogues at Ukrainian market or in RBI Group at the time of its launch, and on the other hand, it covers the entire Raiffeisen Bank with all areas of its activities. We worked hard and achieved significant results,” - says Natalia Znachko, Head of Human Resources Management at Raiffeisen Bank HR Department.

The award ceremony took place on October 21. During the latter, the best projects of Ukrainian employers were noted.

HR-brand award is held for the eleventh year in a row by grc.ua. It is a competition among HR representatives, which allows you to follow current trends, new ideas and experience of the best.
