Raiffeisen Bank Aval reports for the clients of small and micro-businesses about the new services and changes in service

Kiev. June 27. - Taking care of small business customers, Raiffeisen Bank Aval strives to constantly develop and improve banking services that will meet business needs and contribute to the effective development of business and the welfare of both the Bank's customers and society as a whole.

As an open, transparent and socially responsible company, the Bank also contributes to the development of non-cash economy and progressive changes in our country.

That is why from July 1, 2017 the Bank introduces a number of changes in customer service for small and micro businesses.

The purpose of the changes:

 Support the progressive development of business focused on modern technologies by providing customers with advanced opportunities for non-cash transactions. For this purpose, the package range of products and services was updated and a new version of the public banking agreement for small and micro business customers was adopted;

 Strict compliance of Raiffeisen Bank Aval with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine, the requirements of the National Bank of Ukraine and the principles of Raiffeisen Group;

 Ensuring compliance with the strategy of the National Bank of Ukraine Cashless economy (transfer of funds from cash to non-cash) in terms of creating prerequisites for reducing the level of cash use, increases the level of transparency and encourages the active development of modern services and technologies.

The main changes are as follows:

 New exclusive package of services "Business Premium" for servicing the current card account.

 Changed the fee for the use of packages of services "Electronic", "Maximum solutions", "Entrepreneur" and for each of the existing packages of services introduced a loyalty program, through which you can use the packages of services "Maximum solutions", "Entrepreneur" and "Business Premium" for free, and for the package of services "Electronic" to pay a reduced monthly fee.

 The number of free electronic payments through the Raiffeisen Business Online system to other banks within the framework of the "Electronic" (up to 5) and "Maximum solutions" (up to 20) service packages has been increased, while payments through the "Raiffeisen Business Online" system within the Bank, as before, are free.

 The new approach in work with cash for clients – physical persons-businessmen is offered, namely:

use of business cards ("Entrepreneur" and "business Premium" service packages) and cards of an individual ("Active" and "Optimal" service packages) to receive cash;

the possibility of cash withdrawal from the current accounts of individual entrepreneurs with the help of a check book has been cancelled. More recommendations are given in the Memo for entrepreneurs regarding the cancellation of checkbooks posted on the Bank's website;

increased tariffs for cash withdrawal from current 2600 and current 2605 card accounts at the Bank's cash desks;

introduced the rate of cash Deposit on the current 2600 and 2605 current card accounts at the Bank's cash desks;

the limit for cash withdrawal in Raiffeisen Bank Aval ATM network from current card accounts has been changed-from UAH 100,000 to UAH 50,000*.

 A new procedure for cash Deposit/withdrawal operations on current and current card accounts has been established in order to fulfill the requirements of the NBU in terms of financial monitoring**, namely:

Cash Deposit:

- depositing of cash on the customer's accounts through the Bank's cash Desk within the limits of UAH 150 thousand to UAH 1 million inclusive within one working day is carried out only on condition that the customer provides full and sufficient information on the sources of these funds of the Bank (by filling in the questionnaire according to the form established by the Bank);

- depositing cash to the customer's accounts through the Bank's cash Desk in the amount exceeding UAH 1 million inclusive is carried out only on condition of preliminary (not less than 2 working days) provision of the Bank with full and sufficient information about the sources of these funds (by filling in the questionnaire according to the form established by the Bank) and documents confirming these sources.

Cash withdrawal:

- issue to the client through cash Desk of cash in the amount equal or exceeding 100 thousand UAH within one working day from all accounts of the client only on condition of preliminary providing by the client of full and sufficient information on sources of origin of these means and the purpose of their use (by filling in the questionnaire according to the form established by Bank) and the documents confirming the specified purposes.

* Cash withdrawal from Raiffeisen Bank Aval ATM network is possible within UAH 50 000 (fifty thousand) within one day (cash withdrawal from all payment cards and card accounts of the client is taken into account).

The receipt by the client or the client's authorized representatives of cash funds in the amount exceeding UAH 50,000 (fifty thousand) by the payment card is possible only at the Bank's cash Desk, taking into account the cash withdrawal limits set by the NBU and payment systems

** In accordance with the Regulation on the implementation of financial monitoring by banks, approved By the resolution of the NBU Board No. 417 dated 26.06.2015 as amended, banks are obliged to carry out on an ongoing basis the analysis of financial transactions of clients in order to identify financial transactions that do not meet the financial condition (assessment of financial condition) and / or the content of the client's activities, the economic feasibility (meaning) for which is absent or which may otherwise expose the Bank to (involvement in) risk activities., threatening the interests of depositors or other creditors of the Bank, and / or actions under the Criminal code of Ukraine
