Raiffeisen Bank Aval is the most reliable Bank of Ukraine

Kiev. 21 Nov. — Raiffeisen Bank Aval topped the list of rating of “TOP-20 most reliable banks of Ukraine of 2016", compiled by the magazine «New time» and the Dragon Capital investment company.

According to the reliability rating, Raiffeisen Bank Aval has strengthened its position in comparison with the previous years. As noted by the «New time», first place Bank achieved, including, due to the fact that dev'ive months of 2016, ‘earned a record system for 2.5 billion UAH of net profit” and “ahead of schedule completed the recapitalization program and now has one of the highest levels of capital adequacy”.

the drafters of the rating were analyzed such indicators of Ukrainian banks: capital adequacy, liquidity, availability of support of shareholders, profitability, depositors ' confidence and nisqually indicators (transparency, balance, risk management, reputation).

Raiffeisen Bank Aval has been repeatedly mentioned among the most reliable banks in the country, particularly in 2016, the Bank was called  the most reliable Bank out of the top ten financial institutions in terms of assets and also referred to the group of banks with a high level of viability (group a) according to the project “the viability Rating of banks", compiled by the magazine «Forbes. Ukraine». Raiffeisen Bank Aval is headed in 2016, the reliability ranking of large and largest Ukrainian banks, compiled by the magazine “Money” in the second quarter of 2016.

Raiffeisen Bank Aval was registered on 27 March 1992. Since October 2005, the Bank became part of Austrian banking group Raiffeisen Bank international AG. As of September 30, 2016, the Raiffeisen Group owns 68,28% stake in the Bank, the European Bank for reconstruction and development — 30%.
