Raiffeisen Business Online has a new update

Raiffeisen Business Online has a new update, which will make online banking and daily banking transactions for Raif’s clients even easier.

Please look for the following changes in the web version of Raiffeisen Business Online:

• Instant payments in UAH (taking up to 10 seconds) – so, your counterparty will receive the funds immediately:

- An instant payment of up to UAH 100 thousand will be credited to a beneficiary in a different bank – within up to 10 seconds after the signing,

- When signing a payment in the web version, please tick the “Instant Payment” checkbox on the confirmation screen,

- Instant and regular payments cost the same.

• Account transaction alerts are now more informative: in “Account cash flows” in SMS/Viber message, the payer’s/beneficiary’s name and the account balance were added.
• From now on, you can receive the alerts in Viber:

- We will send all the alerts that you set up – first in Viber, or via SMS,

- All Viber alerts provide more information on transactions and document processing, support contacts, useful links, etc.

• Three new alerts are now available:

- Alert about a request to clarify UAH payment details: in order to feel sure that the funds will be credited to the beneficiary in time.

- Alert about the receipt of an incoming payment request from a counterparty: this will help you keep track of important payments.

- Alert about upcoming key expiration in Raiffeisen Business Online.
