Raiffeisen Bank is now accepting applications for RASP Cyber Force — a six-month training and career development programme for veterans who want to start a career in cybersecurity.

The programme will help participants turn the technical knowledge and skills gained before or during military service into a foundation for a new professional path.

Participants will receive structured training, work on real-world tasks, benefit from mentoring support, and prepare for employment in cybersecurity.

The first two months will focus on core training. Participants will learn the key principles of protecting systems and infrastructure and apply their knowledge in practice from the outset.

The following four months will offer advanced training in one of four professional tracks:

🔸 Security Management / GRC
🔸 SOC & Incident Response
🔸 Security Engineering
🔸 Offensive Security / Pentest

The programme also includes support with creating a professional profile and CV, career counselling, interview preparation, and mock interviews.

Throughout the programme, participants will be employed by Raiffeisen Bank and work alongside experienced professionals as full members of cybersecurity teams.

They will take part in the bank’s daily operations, complete real tasks, and gain hands-on professional experience.

The programme is open to veterans with a technical background or relevant skills gained before or during military service or through self-study. Previous experience in IT or cybersecurity will be an advantage, though it is not required.

📅 Programme start date: 17 August 2026
💻 Format: online
⏳ Application deadline: 12 August 2026
