Raiffeisen Bank and Erydon offer farmers financing from 0.01% per annum

Raiffeisen Bank, together with Erydon, one of Ukraine’s leading distributors of agricultural production inputs, has signed an agreement to launch a financing programme for agricultural producers. Through this partnership, farmers can purchase seeds, fertilisers, and crop protection products at preferential rates from 0.01% per annum, securing the resources they need well ahead of the new agricultural season.
Two financing programmes are available to agricultural businesses under the partnership:
Mineral and granulated NPK fertilisers at a rate from 0.01% per annum for up to 6 months.
Seeds, crop protection products, and foliar fertilisers at a rate from 0.01% per annum for up to 9 months.
Key financing terms from Raiffeisen Bank:
Interest rate from 0.01% per annum.
Grace period of up to 6 or 9 months, depending on the product category.
Maximum loan term of up to 12 months.
Unsecured financing of up to UAH 24 million per client.
Available to the Bank’s corporate clients across all business segments, from micro businesses to large corporates.
Individual repayment schedule that accounts for the seasonality of agribusiness.
After the grace period ends, interest rates apply in accordance with the Bank’s terms. Final terms and the available credit limit are determined individually following a client assessment.
“The partnership with Erydon gives agricultural producers access to a wide range of products from more than 16 brands, while financing from Raiffeisen Bank helps farms secure the resources they need without putting significant pressure on working capital at once. Through the synergy of two leading brands, Raiffeisen Bank and Erydon, we expect a strong start driven by clients’ high interest in this joint programme,” said Olena Kaplina, Head of Corporate Projects and Partnership Development.
“The future harvest begins long before the first seed is sown, with decisions that a farmer is able to finance. In wartime, and amid heightened risks for the agricultural sector, the availability and cost of capital take on particular importance: they determine investment in the next season and the financial resilience of the farm. Together with Erydon, we are helping farmers purchase the resources they need on preferential terms while preserving working capital for day-to-day operations. For us, that is the essence of partnership: giving producers financial support so that even in times of great uncertainty they can plan and keep working,” said Ruslan Spivak, Director for Institutional Clients, Investment Banking and Corporate Strategy at Raiffeisen Bank.
Raiffeisen Bank continues to expand financial opportunities for Ukrainian agribusiness, supporting enterprises as they prepare for the sowing campaign, ensure uninterrupted operations, and develop production.
