Raiffeisen Bank Continues Supporting Women Entrepreneurship in Ukraine in Partnership with U&WE HUB
Raiffeisen Bank has once again joined forces with the U&WE HUB project, an initiative that unites Ukrainian women entrepreneurs facing today’s challenges while growing their businesses. This year, the bank has provided 600,000 UAH to support the development of women-led businesses and enhance the work of the hubs.
U&WE HUB brings together over 8,000 women entrepreneurs. The project’s offline hubs are located in Kyiv, Chernivtsi, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Zaporizhzhia. Additionally, in early May, U&WE HUB will launch an online women’s entrepreneurship program called "MIST," which will be open to women from all corners of Ukraine. The community’s mission is to create a space for support, learning, experience exchange, and business development with a social impact.
Raiffeisen Bank continues to actively contribute to the educational component of the program by providing training on financial literacy for entrepreneurs, covering topics such as:
- Choosing banking products and optimal service packages;
- Financial monitoring rules and their importance for business security and reputation;
- Reviewing banking services, including acquiring, lending, and deposits;
- The role of insurance during wartime as a tool for business protection.

That’s why Raiffeisen Bank is once again partnering with this project, which allows women from all across the country to learn, reskill, and bring their ideas to life, create new businesses, and scale existing ones,” says Nataliia Gurina, Deputy Chairman of Raiffeisen Bank’s Board.
