Raiffeisen Bank Supports New Print Runs of the ʼHow Are You, Brother?ʼ Guides
With the support of Raiffeisen Bank, new print runs of two practical guides developed by the volunteer project ʼHow are you, brother?ʼ were published:
- “Tactical Communication for Business”. The guide was developed in cooperation with Raiffeisen Bank employees and is based on their practical experience in working with clients during wartime.
- “Tactical Communication for Veterans and Their Families”. This guide helps build constructive dialogue during the transition back to civilian life. It provides clear guidance for everyday communication within families and close circles.
The total print run amounts to 10,000 copies, which are distributed free of charge to target audiences across Ukraine. Raiffeisen Bank has been supporting the development and dissemination of the project’s guides for several years, consistently backing initiatives that help people maintain mutual understanding in the context of war.
Both guides are compact, practical materials with clear wording and applied communication algorithms for sensitive situations. Their purpose is to support people in daily interactions and to help them speak and listen to one another in conditions of stress, fatigue, and uncertainty faced by veterans and their families, as well as by business and service teams.
“For us, support from Raiffeisen Bank is an opportunity to provide people with simple, humane communication tools in situations where words often hurt or disappear altogether. We highly value this partnership as an example of responsible and mature business engagement in strengthening social resilience,” says Anton Semenov, founder of the ʼHow are you, brother?ʼ project.
ʼHow are you, brother?ʼ is a volunteer initiative that has been operating since 2022, collecting and sharing effective communication algorithms during the war. The materials are developed based on the real-life experience of military personnel, veterans, businesses, and relevant professionals.
