Raiffeisen Bank informs customers about updated access conditions for Visa benefits

Raiffeisen Bank informs its customers that new terms and conditions for accessing Visa premium services will come into effect on October 1, 2026.  

Starting from October 1, 2026, to access airport business lounges and Visa Concierge service, customers holding premium Visa cards will need to meet a simple requirement - make payments using a card in retail stores and/or online for a specified amount within the 30+5-day period preceding the date of travel or the date of contacting Visa Concierge. 

For Visa Signature cardholders, the required amount of such transactions will be at least UAH 20,000, while for Visa Infinite cardholders, it will be at least UAH 30,000.  

The new terms will come into effect on October 1, 2026. Until then, the current rules for accessing premium services will remain in place. Raiffeisen Bank is informing customers about these changes in advance to make the terms of access to premium services as clear and predictable as possible.
