Raiffeisen Bank Aval is again in the top list of bank reliability rating by Groshi magazine
Kyiv. 5 September. — Raiffeisen Bank Aval is again among the leaders of the rating of reliability of large retail banks of Ukraine, made by the Groshi magazine and published in the issue #16 2019.
This time, the edition has ranked the most reliable banks of the country by taking into account the official performance reports of financial institutions as at 1 July 2019. The editors took into consideration the volume of funds of private individuals in banks, their equity capital, the reliability of shareholders, the absence of problems with deposit payments, the rates on 3-month PI deposits.
Having analyzed these and other financial indicators, experts of the Groshi magazine noted that the reporting period was “more than successful” for the banks.
Raiffeisen Bank Aval, in particular, demonstrated good dynamics by the results of 1H 2019: the bank gained a considerable profit (UAH 2.38 billion); the loan portfolio growth amounted to UAH 0.86 billion; the increase in the volume of PI funds sized UAH 1.58 billion (one of the best results among Ukrainian banks).
Such results allowed the bank to maintain its leading position – the second place in the rating by 1H 2019 results.
Raiffeisen Bank Aval has repeatedly been among the leaders of this rating.
“Groshi” (“Dengi”) is a Ukrainian magazine about personal finances, published since 2006. The rating of reliability of banks is made by the edition on a regular basis.
In 2019, Raiffeisen Bank Aval has been also named “Best Bank in Ukraine” by such influential magazines as Euromoney, Global Finance and EMEA Finance.
In national ratings, Raiffeisen Bank Aval lead “Top 20 Most Reliable Banks in Ukraine” (the Novoye Vremia magazine), was in top positions in the rating of strength of Ukrainian banks (the Minfin portal), the rating of viability of Ukrainian banks (the Mind business portal). The bank also had the highest rank in TOP 13 Most Reliable Banks of Ukraine (the YouControl company) and was recognized as the Best Non-State Bank in Ukraine («50 Leading Banks in Ukraine 2019» (the Financial Club company), etc.
