Raiffeisen Bank Aval delivered gifts for pupils of Babanka Special Boarding School for Children’s Day

Kyiv. 1 June. – On the eve of the International Children’s Day, Raiffeisen Bank Aval purchased and delivered  gifts for pupils of the Babanka Special Boarding School in Cherkasy region, which has been supported by the bank for already 12 years.

Volunteers of the bank have earlier planned a traditional charitable event  in the boarding school in April, but the quarantine interfered with those plans. However, the bank does not forget about its wards deciding to make presents for them dedicated to the Children’s Day.

This time, the bank has purchased for pupils personal hygiene items (shampoo, soap, tooth pastes and tooth brushes, combs), as well as school supplies (school diaries, exercise books, pens, sketchbooks, coloring books, color pencils, pencil sharpeners, felt pens).

The gifts will be handed over to every pupil of the boarding school on 1 September, when the children will return to school.

Raiffeisen Bank Aval pays great attention to charity and volunteering, what is particularly important in these difficult times.  Helping children is one of the priorities in the bank’s charitable activity.
