Raiffeisen Bank among the leaders of sustainable development and inclusivity in Ukraine

Raiffeisen Bank has been recognized with the Sustainable Impact Award 2025 in the special category “Partnership for Sustainable Development” by the UN Global Compact Ukraine, the Association of Sustainable Development Experts (ASDE), and the Ukrainian Sustainable Finance Alliance (USFA). The award ceremony took place on October 30 in Lviv during the 5th International Sustainability Forum (ISF 2025).
The distinction honors the Bank’s contribution to advancing sustainability, its pivotal role in building a resilient economy and strengthening civil society in Ukraine, as well as its consistent efforts to create an inclusive and barrier-free environment.
The strategic foundation of this approach is Raiffeisen Bank’s program “All Different – All Equal”, which integrates key areas such as inclusivity, accessibility, equal opportunities, veteran support, and the implementation of inclusive services across all business processes.
“We create opportunities for veterans, people with disabilities, parents, children, youth, and communities – those who strengthen the economy and make society resilient. When everyone has equal access to education, work, services, and development, we reinforce the country from within – making it stronger, more open, and united,” said Yuliia Chemeryska, Inclusivity Officer at Raiffeisen Bank.
For Raiffeisen Bank, sustainability is first and foremost about people: accessible branches and ATMs, barrier-free services, opportunities for veterans, support for families and children, and community development through partnerships and social programs. In this way, the Bank helps build a resilient economy and a strong society where everyone has equal opportunities.
