Raiffeisen Bank Named Ukraine's Best Bank at the Euromoney Awards for Excellence 2026
Kyiv, 20 July 2026. Raiffeisen Bank has been named Ukraine's Best Bank at the Euromoney Awards for Excellence 2026.
The award recognizes Raiffeisen Bank's resilience, leadership, and strong performance in the Ukrainian banking market, as well as its role in supporting customers, businesses, and Ukraine's economy throughout the full-scale war.
Raiffeisen Bank is Ukraine's largest private bank and the country's fourth-largest bank overall, serving more than 2.5 million customers. The Bank continues to finance the real economy, support entrepreneurs and businesses of all sizes, and invest in digital services, operational resilience, and customer experience.
In 2025, Raiffeisen Bank further strengthened its position across key business areas, including corporate lending, support for the agricultural sector, financing energy resilience projects, expanding international risk-sharing programmes, and scaling its digital platform, MyRaif. The Bank also continued to invest in the resilience of its infrastructure, the accessibility of its services, and social initiatives.
Since the start of the full-scale war, the Bank's performing loan portfolio has increased by UAH 16.7 billion. In 2025 alone, the corporate performing loan portfolio grew by 31%, while the Business Banking portfolio expanded by 53%. Raiffeisen Bank has also played an active role in financing Ukraine's energy resilience. As of May 2026, it had approved 518 energy projects worth UAH 4.3 billion and financed 438 projects totaling UAH 3.2 billion.
