Raiffeisen Bank Opens a Relocated Branch in Bohodukhiv
Raiffeisen Bank has opened a new relocated branch in Bohodukhiv, Kharkiv region. The bank’s previous branch was destroyed by Russian shelling. Taking into account the security situation, the bank relocated the branch to a new location to continue serving customers and provide comfortable working conditions for employees.
The new branch has been designed as a modern and comfortable space for both customers and employees. Its operation enables residents of Bohodukhiv and the surrounding community to continue accessing banking services in person.
“Despite the destruction of the previous branch, it was important for us to continue operating in Bohodukhiv and remain close to our customers. We relocated the branch to a new location, taking the security situation into account, and created a modern and comfortable space here for both customers and employees. It is important that people have access to essential banking services, while our employees can continue working in appropriate conditions. It is symbolic that the opening of the new branch takes place on the eve of Ukraine’s Independence Day. For us, this is another confirmation that even amid the war, we continue to operate, restore what has been destroyed, and remain close to our customers,” says Olha Kutsenko, Director of Retail Product Sales at the Eastern Region Retail Business Center.
Bohodukhiv is located in a region that is regularly subjected to Russian shelling. Despite the security challenges, residents, entrepreneurs, and businesses continue to work in the city and need stable access to financial services.
The opening of the relocated branch enables the bank to continue serving customers in the city and support the economic activity of the local community. Raiffeisen Bank adapts its operations to wartime conditions to ensure the continuity of banking services.
The address of the new branch in Bohodukhiv: 7 Sviatodukhivska Street.
