Pass online re-identification in Raif

The new web-service for private entrepreneurs and companies permits all clients of the bank having a qualified electronic signature (QES) key to pass a remote re-identification.

To re-identify, you should do these simple actions:

• Fill in the questionnaire and prepare the required documents signed with the use of your QES key.
• Enter your contacts and the name of the bank’s branch, which serves you as a private entrepreneur, or your company into the corresponding form at our site.
• Enclose the documents signed with the use of your QES key, forward them to the bank and receive a feedback from a representative of the bank.

Please mind that clients of our bank may pass re-identification in a convenient and safe way via Raiffeisen Business Online. For this, you should register in the system Raiffeisen Business Online free of charge without visiting the bank’s branch with the use of your qualified electronic signature key.
