Online spending patterns also shifted. Fast food, fuel and education services attracted the highest spending through the bank’s online acquiring service. However, the strongest month-on-month growth in transaction value came from other categories: online tax payments increased by 110%, taxi services by 109%, clothing purchases by 74% and utility payments by 14%.
Overall, Ukrainians made 62.6 million payments worth UAH 32 billion through Raiffeisen Bank’s terminals and online services in October. The average transaction value was UAH 511.
