Employees of Raiffeisen Bank Aval continues to help children with cancer

Kiev. 21 Nov. - As previously reported, from March 2016 in Raiffeisen Bank Aval acts of perpetual charity event in support of children with cancer «Help those who need it”, in cooperation with all-Ukrainian charitable Foundation “Guarantee”. Since the beginning of the campaign to help sick children has already been translated more than 257 thousand.

This is a voluntary initiative of the employees of the Bank who on a monthly basis, remit voluntary contributions to the special account in VBF “Guarantee”. These funds are used to purchase medicines for children with cancer from poor families who are undergoing treatment in specialized medical institutions of Ukraine.

in October 2017 with the support of the employees of Raiffeisen Bank Aval financial assistance for the purchase of necessary medicines, totaling more than 14774 UAH was allocated for treatment of four children: Alice S., 3 years (Poltava region) and Ivan K., 7 years (Transcarpathian region), who are patients of the National cancer Institute and the Roma, 3 years (Ivano-Frankivsk region) and Kari N., 14 years (Cherkasy region), which are treated in the Department of pediatric neurosurgery, Institute of neurosurgery named after academician A. P. Romodanov.
