Sign language interpretation is now available for all requests at Raiffeisen Bank

Raiffeisen Bank has expanded its Ukrainian sign language online interpretation service for clients with hearing impairments. The service is available via the Contact Center and covers all types of client requests. This makes interaction with the bank more convenient and accessible for everyone.

To use the service, clients should contact the Contact Center via chat in the MyRaif app or through other available support channels, including by phone at 0 800 500 500 (from abroad: +380 44 230 9998).
