Raiffeisen Bank Aval cancelled fines and penalties for customers

Raiffeisen Bank Aval continues offering special service conditions to its customers to support them during the quarantine period.

One of such solutions is not imposing fines and penalties for late payments on credits.

Particularly, in the period from 1 March till 30 April, Raiffeisen Bank Aval will not impose penalties for private clients of the bank, who are currently unable to make loan repayments in time.

Let us remind you that you can check your accounts or make loan payments without visiting bank branches – via your cell phone or the bank’s website.

Raiffeisen Bank Aval makes everything possible to meet the wishes and demands of its Business Clients realizing their needs in these difficult times.  For this category of customers, the bank has also cancelled all fines and penalties for delays in scheduled loan payments for the period from 24 March to 31 May, 2020.
