to this end, beginning 1 November 2016, Raiffeisen Bank Aval launches additional channel of communication with customers – survey, which will evaluate the work of each Department, Information center, Internet banking "Raiffeisen Online”, ATMs and self-service centers, as well as informative external website of the Bank.
