The operational center of Raiffeisen Bank Aval in the Kherson remains one of the best in Ukraine and RBI
Kherson. September 13. – Operating center of Raiffeisen Bank Aval has been operating in Kherson for 10 years-today it has become one of the best in Ukraine and Raiffeisen Bank international (RBI) group.
It is in Kherson that the information center of the Bank, the center for processing credit applications and payments, the Department for collection of overdue debts are located – they provide support to clients and staff of Raiffeisen Bank Aval from all over Ukraine.
"Even when we opened the Operating center in Kherson, we understood that this is a strategically correct decision. And time is confirmed! - Oksana Shevchenko, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Raiffeisen Bank Aval, told. - Our Operating center is, first of all, people: bright, professional, human. We have very ambitious plans, we go forward and, as always, we strive for victories."
Vladimir Lavrenchuk, Chairman of the Board of the Bank, also expressed his admiration for the work of his Kherson colleagues: "Summing up these ten years, I will say three points: 1) Ukraine-it surprises, does something incredible in difficult conditions, 2) Raiffeisen Group – something special, it believed in Ukraine, gives the latest technology and support, 3) Believe in ourselves, believe in Ukraine!".
Now 700 employees work in the Operating center. Raiffeisen Bank Aval has become one of the biggest employers of Kherson – including through the offer of official employment and opportunities for professional and personal growth. To start working in the Bank, work experience and economic education are not mandatory: each new employee receives initial training, and then gets the opportunity to regularly update their knowledge.
Along with modern approaches to personnel management, advanced information technologies have been introduced in the Operating center, comfortable workplaces have been equipped and favorable working conditions have been created.
"I am impressed by the high level of competence, professionalism and precision of the processes, — said Timofey Milovanov, Honorary President, Professor of the Kyiv school of Economics, who last week visited the Bank's Operating center and talked with its employees. "The success of the Bank is based on clarity and coherence in the overall management, personnel and motivation system. Investments in the development of employees and a holistic approach of management enhance the competitive advantages of the Bank in the market," he added.
Timofey Milovanov together with his colleagues from KSE Natalia Shapoval, Natalia Mostepanyuk and Sergey Gvozdev held interactive seminars for Kherson Bank employees, telling a lot of useful information about behavioral Economics, financial inclusion, customer orientation and personal Finance.
Raiffeisen Bank Aval was registered on 27 March 1992 and since October 2005 has been part of the Austrian banking group Raiffeisen Bank international AG. As of June 30, 2017, RBI owned 68.28% of the Bank's shares, the European Bank for reconstruction and development — 30%.
A wide range of banking services are provided to more than 2.5 million clients of Raiffeisen Bank Aval through a nationwide network of almost 500 branches throughout Ukraine.
