The best employers in 2021: Raiffeisen Bank leads among banks in Ukraine

Socio-political Ukrainian magazine Focus has compiled rating of the best employers in 2021. 

13 industries are considered, which, according to the publication, being the basis of Ukrainian economy. There were selected from five to eight companies within each industry. They have all-Ukrainian coverage and employment of 400 or more people.  

The list of companies was sent on evaluation to the leading experts in such fields as employment, business and recruiting. As a result of the survey, the final scores were calculated for each employer and ranked within each industry. 

Raiffeisen Bank is the best employer in banking sector. In November 2021, the financial institution opened more than 100 vacancies in different regions - both for bank employees and for IT specialists. Applicants are attracted by the prospect of professional and career growth, opportunity to exchange experience with colleagues from RBI group banks in other countries, bonuses e.g. health insurance, sports, English courses, and trainings. 

Generally banks have operated profitably in 2021 at the Ukrainian market. It could not but affect the policy of institutions regarding employees - many of them have raised salaries. As in 2020, banks are focused on digitalization. Therefore, they are actively looking for IT specialists.
