Mobile ATM of Raiffeisen Bank makes cash withdrawal even more accessible
Raiffeisen Bank has started offering mobile ATM services. Cash can be withdrawn where there are no stationary ATMs or branches nearby.
The peculiarity of the mobile ATM is its autonomy. A powerful charging station allows the device to operate without a power supply for up to 3-4 days, which is especially important in the event of power outages.
For continuous service, two communication channels are installed at once - the main and backup ones, which ensure stable operation even in adverse conditions.
«This project is a vivid example of the bank's focus on improving services for our customers. We strive to make access to financial services as convenient and safe as possible», comments Viktor Harkusha, Director of Cash Collection and Valuables Transportation Division of Raiffeisen Bank.
Upon arrival at the location, the ATM is ready to dispense funds within a minute. Customers highly appreciated the convenience of this format.
This project is another step of Raiffeisen Bank to stay close to its customers, regardless of the circumstances.
