In July almost 16k Ukrainians received financial assistance from the UN at Raif’s branches

Raiffeisen Bank not only provides the possibility to receive transfers via the international Western Union system, but also helps Ukrainians affected the most by the war to receive the financial assistance from the UN.

In July 2022, 15 810 customers applied to us and have already received the charitable assistance. Transfers from the UN constitute 42.1% of the total number of Western Union transfers paid by Raif during the previous month. 

By the way, standard Western Union transfers can be received in Raif both in hryvnias and foreign currency (US dollars or euros).


How to receive a transfer or financial assistance from the UN via Western Union at Raif’s branch?

  • Visit any convenient Raif’s branch with the passport or another document identifying a person. The up-to-date working hours of the bank’s branches are available at the link– https://raiffeisen.ua/viddilennya
  • Tell the bank’s employee the control transfer’s number, sender’s data, country where the transfer was made and the amount of the transfer.
  • Receive the funds after the successful verification of the respective data by the operator.
