Larysa Bondarieva appointed as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board at Raiffeisen Bank

The Supervisory Board of Raiffeisen Bank in Ukraine appointed Larysa Bondarieva as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board responsible for the Corporate Business and Capital market area. She will take up her duties in this position on November 18, 2021.

Larysa Bondarieva has 24 years of experience in banking. She had been developing the corporate, small, and medium business lines at Crédit Agricole in Ukraine from 2007 up to now. She was successful in these areas also at other leading Ukrainian and foreign banks, including Raiffeisen Bank in Kharkiv, where she worked from April 2004 to March 2006.

«I am sure that Larysa Bondarieva will further strengthen our Corporate and Markets business and provide valuable input to our transformation program», said Oleksandr Pysaruk, Chairman of the Management Board at Raiffeisen Bank.

Raiffeisen Bank JSC is the largest Ukrainian bank with foreign capital, which has been operating on the market since 1992.

Beginning in October 2005, Raiffeisen Bank Aval is part of the Raiffeisen Bank International AG Group, Austria. At the end of September 2021, the RBI Group owned 68.21% of Raiffeisen Bank shares, another 30% is owned by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
