Corporate team of Raiffeisen Bank Aval recognized the most numerous at the flashmob “Biking to Work”

Kyiv. 19 September. -  Today, on the eve of the World Car-Free Day to be marked on 22 September, an All-Ukrainian flashmob “Biking to Work” has been held in Ukraine. The organizer of the event is the “U-Cycle” Kyiv Cyclists’ Association.  

Despite a cool autumn weather, in the morning inhabitants of the capital city went to their offices by bicycles. Employees of Raiffeisen Bank Aval were among them.

Before the worktime, funs of this ecological transport gathered at the Maidan Nezalezhnosti Square to drink coffee and discuss the latest news. The organizers of the event conducted a contest, by results of which they awarded the participants in two categories: “For the best business look” and “For the most numerous team”. Raiffeisen Bank Aval’s team was named the winner in the latter nomination.

The flashmob “Biking to Work” has become a good tradition for the bank’s employees, so as it helps to popularize a bicycle as an alternative kind of transport among Kyivites.
