Customers of Raiffeisen Bank Aval can automatically check the availability of a translation from legal entities in the system "Aval-Express"

Kiev. 13 Oct. — Customers of Raiffeisen Bank Aval now have the ability to automatically check for transfer from legal persons (in particular this applies to payments from the guarantee Fund of individuals ' deposits), carried out by the system “Aval-Express”.

To verify the transfer:

to Call the Information centre at Raiffeisen Bank Aval, one of the phone: 0-800-500-500 (for free within Ukraine), (44) 490-88-88 (the Kyiv city number) or 521 from mobile (for MTS subscribers).

In the voice menu select number 4 and in accordance with the voice prompts to enter the passport number.

After that, the answering machine will provide information about the presence or absence of the transfer.

the Service is free and available around the clock.

the Bank Customer has the option to save special combination in the phone book of the mobile phone to speed dial: 0800500500p4pXXXXXX#, where “” — this is a pause, for a call which to hold or to press the star/pause and XXXXXX — the passport number.

Please note that the new service does not apply to instant transfers «Aval-Express" between individuals.
