Customers of Raiffeisen Bank Aval to take part in seminars as part of educational programs from partners IFC and Bayer
Kiev. 16 Dec. — Raiffeisen Bank Aval continues a long-term educational program for employees of agricultural enterprises launched in the framework of the joint project facilitate the development of small and corporate business from the company “Bayer” and the International Finance Corporation (IFC, member of world Bank Group).
the aim of the project — the provision of free quality education on financial management, budgeting, economic analysis, organization of production and the like. Program participants can gain the necessary knowledge and skills for the successful preparation of the annual production and financial plan of the agricultural enterprise, calculation and evaluation of budget investment, economic analysis of farming technology that will certainly help in conducting effective operations and increase profits of their companies.
the Pilot project was successfully launched in November of this year in Zaporozhye. In early December, training for customers of Raiffeisen Bank Aval took place in Sumy, Cherkasy and Poltava. All past events have received positive feedback from entrepreneurs.
Finance Director “the Case of SK” by Valentina Dyachenko says: “Despite the fact that many issues discussed during the training, we, of course, familiar, the seminar covered topical issues, which allowed to obtain very interesting and useful new knowledge, to acquire practical skills of work with financial models that will help us to improve the process of planning and budgeting for the development of our farms. Of course, this will lead to greater efficiency in our work”.

In 2016, the educational activities under this program will be held in all regions of Ukraine. Raiffeisen Bank Aval plans to have about 80 seminars in regional and district centers for approximately 3000 participants.
