Chairman of the Board of Raiffeisen Bank Aval Vladimir Lavrenchuk spoke at the press conference of the EBA on the state of the investment climate in Ukraine

Kiev. June 16. – European Business Association (European Business Association, EBA) held at the hotel Hyatt Regency Kyiv press-conference on a theme "the investment climate of Ukraine in the 1st half of 2016: which steps are expected by the business community from the new team of the government."

Chairman of the Board of Raiffeisen Bank Aval Vladimir Lavrenchuk was one of the speakers of the event, highlighting in his report the issues of investment attractiveness of Ukraine and the investment climate in the country and outlining positive and negative trends in the Ukrainian business environment.  

During the meeting, the results of the last measurement of the business climate in Ukraine were announced according to the estimates of the heads of companies-members of the European Business Association in the First half of 2016.

In addition, they discussed the main problems faced by investors in Ukraine, as well as ways to solve them, the impact of the current situation in the country on the development of business and investment projects, investor sentiment and business in the First half of 2016. The participants of the press conference also had the opportunity to get acquainted with the forecasts and comments of experts on the investment climate in Ukraine for the next half of 2016.
