CEO of Raiffeisen Bank Natalia Gurina named among Top 50 business leaders in Ukraine by “TOP-100” and delo.ua

Natalia Gurina, CEO of Raiffeisen Bank, has been named among the Top 50 business leaders in Ukraine according to “TOP-100. Ratings of the Largest” magazine and delo.ua.
Her journey within the bank spans more than 30 years of consistent professional growth — from the role of an assistant to a Board member to leading the largest foreign-owned bank in Ukraine. Her experience combines client-facing roles, FX operations, treasury, lending processes, as well as building a strong proactive risk management function, which she later led at the Board level.
Since January 1, 2026, Natalia Gurina has been leading Raiffeisen Bank continuing to drive the bank’s strategic transformation and development.
Today, Raiffeisen Bank is entering a new phase of transformation, rethinking its identity and shaping its future strategy. The focus is on digitalization, speed, and convenience powered by AI technologies to better understand and anticipate customer needs — while preserving a human touch in all interactions.
