The specialists of Raiffeisen Bank Aval took part in the career guidance forum in Nova Kakhovka

Kherson. 25 may. — the Specialists of Raiffeisen Bank Aval took part in the forum "Kar're success at school” for students of Novokakhovsky techno-economic Lyceum and Novokakhovsky instrument College in the Kherson region in the framework of Community schools of Ukraine "Kar're of dreams”.

“the Data of sociological surveys indicate that every third high school graduate chooses a profession without taking into account their own abilities and only a third of the students interested in their professional future" — said the Director of Novokakhovsky techno-economic Lyceum Tatiana Doletskaya.

the Main purpose of the forum — to help students understand the diversity of the world of professions, to understand required skills the potential of various professional fields.

the participants discussed such important issues:
- a conscious choice of profession and the role of schools in ; 
- place of profile training on the way to mastery of the profession and in the formation of the Kar'ers.
- portrait of a modern highly-qualified specialist in specific professional fields.
