The second tranche of the savings resulting from a refusal to hold new year parties, employees of Raiffeisen Bank Aval issued equipment for OKHMATDYT

Kiev. 11 Feb. — the Second part of the funds saved as a result of the refusal of the employees of Raiffeisen Bank Aval to hold new year parties, was used to purchase filters for laminar Cabinet Department of Hematology and shadowless lamp with table mount for National children's specialized hospital “Center”.

a Partner of the Bank in this action was organized by the Foundation help children with cancer “Crab”. The total amount of this tranche was 69 165 UAH.

As mentioned in previous communications of the Bank, on the eve of new year and Christmas holidays the Board of Raiffeisen Bank Aval offered to employees of the financial institution choices: new year's parties or allocate the money saved to charity. Part of these savings the money the Bank has already donated to help children with cancer through the Foundation “Guarantee” — the amount of the contribution was 145 820 UAH.

This project is not the first cooperation between Raiffeisen Bank Aval and aid Fund for children with cancer “Crab”. In the last month of 2015, the Bank transferred this Fund of 200 thousand UAH. for the continuation of the work of the information and consultation “Line palliative” for free help for parents of palliative children. The money has also been saved — by reducing the budget for Christmas gifts.
