Loan documents in one tap: MyRaif adds Multisharing via Diia

Raiffeisen Bank customers can now submit a full package of digital documents to apply for a loan or a higher credit limit in a matter of seconds. There is no need for scans, photos of a passport, or separately ordered certificates.

Thanks to the Multisharing integration, the entire process runs quickly within a single digital request. The customer selects a cash loan or credit card offer in MyRaif and shares electronic copies of their documents through Diia, confirmed with a Diia.Signature. The bank receives the documents instantly and begins reviewing the application.

For customers, the benefit goes beyond speed. The more complete and up-to-date the official data the bank holds, the better the personalised terms it can offer: higher credit limits, individual rates, and special conditions on savings programmes. What’s more, the regular data updates required by law now happen seamlessly, with no need to fill in forms again. And data drawn from official registers eliminates the risk of errors or poor-quality document photos that come with manual uploads.

Diia protects your data. Copies are encrypted and shared only with your consent, and each document carries Diia’s electronic seal and the user’s signature, stating the recipient, date, and purpose of the request.
