Raiffeisen Bank Aval and Visa have presented Concierge Service Business Banking Chatbot, a product for entrepreneurs – customers of the bank, which is unique for the Ukrainian market. This is a modern concierge service in the form of a chatbot for messengers, which makes the daily routine of small and medium-sized enterprises owners much easier and is currently available in Viber and Telegram. Particularly, the service provides free of charge assistance with any informational and organizational requests, organization of trips, online-purchases, and contains proactive services, such as reminders and a personal calendar. Raiffeisen Business Chatbot can answer any question regarding the use of a payment card and provide the information on benefits available for Visa cardholders.
