Raiffeisen Bank CEO Nataliia Gurina Among TOP 50 Women in Fintech 2026

Raiffeisen Bank CEO Nataliia Gurina has been included in the “TOP 50 Most Influential Women in Fintech 2026” ranking by the Ukrainian Association of FinTech and Innovation Companies (UAFIC).

The annual ranking brings together female leaders in the financial sector who contribute to the development of the industry, introduce new approaches, advance technologies and teams, and help shape Ukraine’s modern financial ecosystem.

Nataliia Gurina has more than 30 years of experience in banking. She has led Raiffeisen Bank since January 2026, with her professional focus covering business transformation, the development of modern financial solutions, risk management, and building a strong management culture.

Strong decisions never happen in isolation — they are the result of data, context, and team energy coming together. But it is always people and leadership that make the difference. A true leader steps up to own critical choices in times of change, rallies the team around core values, and creates a space where people boldly take on major challenges,” said Nataliia Gurina.

As part of the event, Nataliia Gurina took part in the panel discussion “Women Transforming the Financial Sector.” Together with leaders from the financial and technology industries, the participants discussed leadership and responsibility for decision-making in a rapidly changing environment, the skills required from the next generation of leaders, the development of women-led entrepreneurship, and the role of the financial sector in Ukraine’s economic recovery.

A separate focus of the discussion was support for women who are building and scaling their own businesses. Nataliia Gurina emphasised that the potential of women-led entrepreneurship is also the potential of Ukraine’s economy: new companies, jobs, tax revenues, innovation, and stronger communities. At Raiffeisen Bank, this approach is reflected both in its work with clients and within the organisation. As of the end of June 2026, the loan portfolio of women entrepreneurs in the Business Banking segment amounted to UAH 3.3 billion, while during the first half of the year the bank reviewed more than 4,000 loan applications from women, accounting for 36% of the total. At the same time, women represent 45% of Raif’s top managers and 60% of the Management Board.

“TOP 50 Most Influential Women in Fintech” is an annual ranking by the Ukrainian Association of FinTech and Innovation Companies recognising women who make a significant contribution to the development of Ukraine’s financial sector, technology, and innovation.
