Raiffeisen Bank's Charity Projects Win at the "Responsible Country 3.0" Awards
Raiffeisen Bank has been recognised as a winner in two nominations at the nationwide social initiatives competition "Responsible Country 3.0", organized by the leading media of MMR.ua and of Delo.ua.
The competition results are available via the link. The winners were chosen through an open online vote and expert evaluation by the editorial team of MMR.ua.
The Bank was awarded for the following projects:
- "Kids Safe Haven" Program – Winner in the "Support for War Victims" category. This initiative is aimed at improving the living conditions of children affected by the full-scale invasion. It provides grants of up to UAH 200,000 for rehabilitation, medical treatment, education, psychological support, as well as for school repairs and medical equipment for hospitals. Over the course of the program, 55 grants have been awarded, totaling UAH 10.3 million.
- "Smilyvi" Grant Program – Winner in the "MMR Editorial Choice" category. Launched in 2022, the program supports veteran entrepreneurship. To date, 217 entrepreneurs have received funding, including 153 veterans, with a total investment of over UAH 20 million. "Smilyvi" helps veterans start their own businesses and reintegrate into peaceful life through business development.
The "Responsible Country" competition annually recognizes the most effective CSR solutions from Ukrainian businesses. This year, over 80 social initiatives from businesses across Ukraine participated, highlighting the significant role of the corporate sector in the country's recovery and in supporting society amidst the war.
