Kiev. On 13 June. - Raiffeisen Bank Aval is once again among the winners of the financial Oscar 2015 rating published today by the Business newspaper.

In particular, Vladimir Lavrenchuk, Chairman of the Board of the Bank, once again took 1st place in the nomination "Banker of the year" of this rating, Raiffeisen Bank Aval won in the nomination "Agricultural Bank" (2nd place).

As noted in the editorial of the publication, "Raiffeisen Bank Aval demonstrated impressive growth rates in 2015. Thus, the hryvnia Deposit portfolio of individuals increased by 825 million UAH. ... In addition, the portfolio of UAH loans to legal entities increased by almost 1.4 billion UAH". "Business" draws attention to the fact that for the first quarter of 2016 the Bank made a profit (683 million UAH).

The reliability of Raiffeisen Bank Aval was also confirmed by the recent increase in the share of the European Bank for reconstruction and development in the authorized capital of Raiffeisen Bank Aval to 30%.

The newspaper "Business" has identified the best participants in the financial market of the country for the 19th time-at the end of 2015 the best banks and insurance companies have chosen, as in previous years, in two stages. At the first stage, the editors conducted the initial selection of candidates for the victory (banks and insurance companies were selected taking into account the reporting for 2015). At the second stage, the expert jury's assessments were taken into account.
