Raiffeisen Bank Aval was awarded for a significant contribution into the Ukrainian youth development
Kyiv. March 19. – With the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, the final press-conference Pact for youth – 2020 took place, where the results of work for 2018 and the planned activities for the current year were presented. The representatives of state authorities, public organizations and companies that were the most active participants within the framework of the pact, attended the event.
During the press conference, Raiffeisen Bank Aval received a certificate of acknowledgement “For significant contribution into the Ukrainian youth development and active participation in the pact for youth 2020 implementation”. Veronika Bodashko, head of HR Key Account Management Department of Raiffeisen Bank Aval, received this award.
“Being a socially responsible employer, Raiffeisen Bank Aval offers many opportunities for the talented youth”, emphasized Veronika Bodashko. “Last year we were listed in the TOP-20 best employers in Ukraine, according to the international HR portal HeadHunter. We have the internship programs in different areas, offer students an opportunity to go through practical training, hire young specialists without working experience for the entry level positions. In 2018, more than 60 interns and 330 trainees had practical training and got their first working experience in our bank. In addition to this, our colleagues participated in more than 100 events for youth in different regions of Ukraine, such as job fairs, bank excursions, workshops for students etc. Last year Raiffeisen Bank Aval joined the Pact for youth 2020 initiative, since the mission of this pact matches the goals of the Bank related to the youth employment and education.
