Raiffeisen Bank Aval rated the best in Ukraine’s custody business by Global Investor

July 27. Kyiv. – Raiffeisen Bank Aval was ranked first among sub-custodian banks of Ukraine (unweighted by assets) in the “Custody Business” nomination based on the international rating of different countries’ banking institutions by Global Investor, a prestigious British magazine. Global Investor magazine specializes on asset management and asset servicing topics.  The rating was based on the results of customer survey under 12 evaluation criteria.

When banks’ custodian business was evaluated, the criteria were quality of services, accuracy and timeliness of reporting, customer relationship management,  competitiveness of response cut off times, securities’ and other financial instruments’ safekeeping, relevance of market information, regulatory expertise, product development and innovation etc.

In addition, other network banks of Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI), Raiffeisen Bank Aval’s Austrian parent company, also received top rankings in their home markets in Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Bulgaria based on custody business indicators without weightings by assets.
