Raiffeisen Bank in Top-25 best Ukrainian employers according to EY research

Raiffeisen Bank has been included in Top-25 best Ukrainian employers rating based on the results of the annual EY survey “Best employer – 2025” among professional candidates, assessing the candidates’ preferences and labor market trends for effective employer brand management.

More than 1 100 respondents with working experience in all regions of Ukraine were surveyed within the scope of this research. Based on the results of the survey, Raiffeisen Bank ranked 21st among the best employers in the country and also:

  • 2nd among employer banks in terms of how often candidates with working experience independently mentioned it;
  • 3rd among the banks professional candidates selected most frequently from the suggested list.

For Raiffeisen Bank it is not about ratings, it is about people’s trust. It proves that during challenging wartime the bank continues building an environment where people receive support, are able to grow and feel valued.

Over the last year Raif:

  • Systematically developed learning and development programs, in particular, leadership and expert programs;
  • Implemented AI solutions supporting the work of teams;
  • Improved programs for servicemen and veterans;
  • Expanded work with students and young specialists;
  • Enhanced wellbeing initiatives and referral programs for employees.

And it’s only a small part of the systemic work carried out daily by the bank’s team across the country.
