Raiffeisen Bank opens the resilience points in Kyiv

Raiffeisen Bank has opened the resilience points in Kyiv to provide humanitarian support to city residents during prolonged power, water, and heating outages, as well as periods of extremely low temperatures. Currently, three resilience points operated by Raiffeisen Bank are operating in the capital.

The resilience points are open 24/7, equipped with generators, and can accommodate up to 60 people at a time. Visitors can warm up, charge essential devices, and have hot tea. The initiative is purely humanitarian in nature and does not provide banking services.

The resilience points from Raiffeisen Bank in Kyiv are located at:
• 2/12 Oleksandra Arkhypenka Street;
• 24 Volodymyra Ivasiuka Avenue;
• 3/4 Dmytra Pavlychka Avenue

“Raiffeisen Bank continues to be a reliable financial partner for more than 2.6 million customers while remaining a socially responsible business that supports the country and its people. In response to power and heating outages, as well as severe winter weather, bank has deployed the resilience points across Kyiv. Operating 24/7 and equipped with generators, these spaces allow people to charge their devices, warm up, and have a hot drink. We opened them to ensure Kyiv residents have access to basic conditions when this is temporarily not possible at home,” said Oksana Shevchenko, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Raiffeisen Bank.

Raiffeisen Bank has been the largest provider of humanitarian aid among Ukrainian banks for three consecutive years. Since the start of the full-scale invasion, the bank’s total support to Ukrainians has reached UAH 1.7 billion.
