Operations center Raiffeisen Bank Aval opened in Zhytomyr
Zhitomir. 25 Oct. - The second Operating center of Raiffeisen Bank Aval was opened in Zhytomyr.
"Raiffeisen Bank Aval has been represented in Zhytomyr region for a long time, having a powerful banking institution since the mid-90s," said Vladimir Lavrenchuk, Chairman of the Board of Raiffeisen Bank Aval, at a press conference in Zhytomyr yesterday. - The second Operating center is nationwide in terms of the level of financial services provided to both the public and private entrepreneurs, companies, corporations and government organizations. And for us, the opening of this center in Zhytomyr is a significant event. The main purpose of its creation is to provide first — class and reliable services to customers. It is here that we will ensure that a significant portion of all centralized operations are carried out in a timely, reliable and secure manner."
The service model of the Bank is based on possible external factors that could affect the quality of banking services.
"We provide quality services for the whole of Ukraine: processing of payments, wages, pensions. The center monitors our ATM network throughout the country. There is a large part of the round — the-clock information center, and additionally there is a center of remote it support for our employees", - said the Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Bank Oksana Shevchenko. "Today, our team in Zhytomyr is more than 120 professionals, and we plan to increase their number to 230 in 2018. We are confident that we will be able to form a young, creative and powerful team that strives for continuous professional development, and in this we will actively cooperate with local educational institutions. We plan to offer an internship in our Bank, hold seminars with the participation of both our experts and well — known financial experts, actively participate in social projects of the city", she added.

Raiffeisen Bank Aval was registered on 27 March 1992 and since October 2005 has been part of the Austrian banking group Raiffeisen Bank international AG. Raiffeisen group owns 68.28% of the Bank's shares, the European Bank for reconstruction and development — 30%.

The first Operational center of the Bank was established in Kherson in 2007. Today it is one of the largest and best centers of this type among Ukrainian banks and Raiffeisen Group. About 700 of its employees provide support to clients and staff of Raiffeisen Bank Aval from all over Ukraine.
