Don’t worry about your card during quarantine – its validity period is prolonged

All the required changes will be automatic, and a cardholder has no need to visit a bank branch during quarantine.

The bank has provided its clients with a possibility to use their payment cards even if the card validity period is expired during quarantine.

We have prolonged the validity period of payment cards for 90 days. Without any additional appeals to our bank, a holder of a payment card with expiring validity period, will still have the following possibilities:

to use a card in ATMs of Raiffeisen Bank Aval and other banks on the territory of Ukraine;

to pay for goods in shops with the use of a contact chip or a mobile wallet;

to pay for purchases online;

to make financial transactions via Raiffeisen Online.

After the quarantine period, a cardholder will be able to get a new debit card in his bank branch – the bank will provide an automatic issue of the card.

You can also get a new credit card at the branch after the quarantine period.
