Natalia Gurina became the Chairwoman of the Board of Raiffeisen Bank on January 1

Natalia Gurina officially assumed office of the Chairwoman of Raiffeisen Bank’s Board on January 1, 2026.

As previously reported, in November, 2025, the Supervisory Board of Raiffeisen Bank made the decision to appoint Natalia the Chairwoman of the Bank’s Board, following the competitive selection process.

In late December all the necessary approvals were received from the National Bank of Ukraine for the appointment.

Before 2026, Natalia Gurina, as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Raiffeisen Bank, had been responsible for risk management and problem assets since January 2012.

She has dedicated her entire career to the bank since 1994, professionally developing with it since its early years.

Over the years, she held positions in various areas: stock exchange transactions, foreign currency control, treasury, credit operations, loan portfolio and problem assets monitoring. Before her appointment as the Deputy Chairman of the Bank’s Management Board, since July 2007 she had been a Deputy Chief Risk Officer – Head of Corporate Risk Management Division.

The selection of the new CEO of Raiffeisen Bank was a planned step following Oleksandr Pysaruk’s decision not to extend his contract.
