Caring for its clients, who have difficulties with loan repayment during the quarantine period, Raiffeisen Bank Aval offers them to take use of repayment holidays, which means decreasing or cancellation of monthly payments or a delay in loan repayment.

These offers have been already used by:

188,000 clients – holders of credit cards.

The bank has offered automatic cancellation of monthly payments for credit card holders (5% of the amount of debt on the card) in April and May, 2020, as well as cancelled payment for account management for credit cards «100 days», «Prozora», «Fishback», «Fishka», «Platinum» and «Elite».

38,000 clients have got repayment holidays for their cash loans.

Regarding cash loans, the bank offers a reduced interest rate to 0.01% annual for 2 months and automatic interest repayment holidays from 4 April till 4 June, 2020.
