An informational message for customers of Raiffeisen Bank Aval in the Donetsk region

Dear customers of the Donetsk regional Directorate of JSC «Raiffeisen Bank Aval”! We Express our gratitude for the fruitful cooperation, but unfortunately have to inform you the following.

Raiffeisen Bank Aval does not carry out banking activities in the zone of ATO in the Luhansk and Donetsk regions. At the same time, as a member of the international Raiffeisen banking Group, the Bank confirms the complete and timely fulfillment of their liabilities’commitments to customers.

Please note, in SV’connection with the entry into effect of the Decision of the National Bank of Ukraine «On approval of the Instruction on organization of work of the banking system in emergency mode" No. 435 dated July 22, 2014, all customer accounts of the Donetsk regional Directorate of Raiffeisen Bank Aval will be transferred to the balance of the Central office of Raiffeisen Bank Aval (MFO 300335, enterprise 14305909), which modified the requisites for admission of non-cash payments for these customer accounts.

To get the new admission details of non-cash payments, as well as advice regarding future service please February 9 2015. contact:
