Regular business seminars of the project "business Academy" from Raiffeisen Bank Aval took place in Sumy, Zaporizhia, Ivano-Frankivsk and Odessa
Kiev. April 13. - Raiffeisen Bank Aval held regular seminars in Sumy, Zaporozhye, Ivano-Frankivsk and Odessa for clients of the small and micro business segment within the framework of the Academy of business project.
The main purpose of the event is to provide information and consulting support to customers, to expand their access to modern approaches to business, as well as to create conditions for the exchange of experience for representatives of small and micro businesses in the country.
"Optimization of working capital: management of receivables and payables and inventories"-this was the topic of a business meeting in Ivano – Frankivsk. In Sumy discussed the management of business cycles and liquidity. The topic "business Development in conditions of instability-experience and tools" was considered by the participants of the event in Zaporozhye. A seminar "Optimization of own business – financial decision-making"was held in Odessa.
Traditionally, not only Raiffeisen Bank Aval's customers, but also those who are planning to become one, took part in the events. Managers and owners of enterprises, accountants and financial Directors discussed business processes, opportunities and challenges, exchanged experience and discussed topics relevant to entrepreneurs.
Business seminars were held by Raiffeisen Bank Aval employees, trained in the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and having many years of experience in cooperation with small and micro business clients: in Odessa – Dmitry Ulyanov and Liana Arzumanyan, in Zaporozhye – Alexey Sereda and Valentina Onishchenko, in Ivano-Frankivsk – Alena Puzankova and Marina Sudeyko, in Sumy – Elena Ivanova and Natalia Kuzovkova.
The guest of the business seminar in Sumy Natalia Boyko, a client of the Bank since 2005, chief accountant of LLC " date Quest "(sale, repair and maintenance of office equipment) shared her impressions: "it is necessary to understand everything independently, often knowledge and understanding come after failures and difficulties.
