Shareholders of Raiffeisen Bank Aval reelected the composition of the Supervisory Board

Kyiv. 30 September. — Shareholders of Raiffeisen Bank Aval JSC at their extraordinary general meeting held today in Kyiv, have prematurely terminated the powers of Chairman and the members of the bank’s Supervisory Board and elected its new composition.

Particularly, Lyubov Vorobyova has become an independent member of the Supervisory Board instead of Daniel Bilak.

The current composition of the Supervisory Board of Raiffeisen Bank Aval includes Martin Grὕll, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Andriy Stepanenko, Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, the members of the Supervisory Board: Elizabeth Gaier-Schall, Helmut Breit, Harald Kroeger, Andrea Moraru and also three independent members of the Supervisory Board: Anna Derevianko, Pavlo Sheremeta and Lyubov Vorobyova.  

JSC Raiffeisen Bank Aval is part of the Austrian banking group Raiffeisen Bank International AG. RBI Group owns 68.28% stake in the Ukrainian bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development – 30%.

Raiffeisen Bank Aval provides a wide range of banking products and services to more than 2.5 million clients via an all-Ukrainian branch network consisting of 500 branches as at the end of June 2019.
