From now on, international transfers can be traced in Raiffeisen Business Online
The Bank has implemented the technology SWIFT Global Payments Innovation (hereinafter – SWIFT GPI service) for incoming SWIFT payments in foreign currency. From now on, Raif’s clients can trace both incoming and outgoing foreign currency payments in the WEB-version of Raiffeisen Business Online and reduce the time of payment receipt by the counterparty or the crediting of funds to their account from the counterparty.
SWIFT GPI service in Raiffeisen Business Online enables tracing the payment at any point of its journey through SWIFT system in real time, in particular:
For incoming payments*:
- When the payment was sent and what counterparty sent it;
- The payment route and the bank processing the payment at a certain point of time;
- The bank that charged an additional commission fee, and the amount of such fee;
- Whether additional documents must be filed to the Bank for foreign currency supervision and transferred via Raiffeisen Business Online before the Bank receives the funds;
- Whether the incoming payment was credited to your account;
- SWIFT message with the Bank’s seal can be generated.
For outgoing payments:
- The banks that processed the payment and the processing time;
- The payment route and the bank at which the payment is being processed at a certain point of time, which enables timely responding to the payment processing delay;
- The bank that charged the commission fee and the amount of such fee;
- Whether the payment has been credited to the recipient;
- SWIFT message with the Bank’s seal can be generated.
It’s easier with Raif!
