The list of remote services for business clients has been expanded in Raif Business
Raif continues to expand the list of services available to business clients to solve their basic operational issues remotely.
The following new services of the virtual branch are available:
- Opening a new card account with business card issue (with QES*):
- the service is provided to existing business clients of the bank in accordance with the terms of package service;
- Reissue of a credit card (with QES*);
- Activation of regular (monthly) insurance payments in favor of IC "UNIQA":
- the service is provided to the bank's business clients in accordance with the concluded electronic insurance contracts "Confidence 24/7";
- Closing of current and card account (-s) in national/foreign currency:
- the service is provided exclusively to business clients – the users of new Raiffeisen Business Online system;
*Pay attention! In order to provide these services remotely, the signature of the relevant applications or agreements is carried out between the client and the bank using the keys of the Qualified EP (QES).
For remote servicing and electronic document management with the bank, Raiffeisen Bank clients can:
order the appropriate service in the new Raiffeisen Business Online
or
call the Information Center for Business Clients 0 800 505 045, inform about the desired service (the clients' call will be forwarded to the virtual branch).
We remind you that the virtual branch of Raif Business provides the following services:
- Ordering statements and information on invoices and loans;
- Ordering information according to the audit request;
- Ordering cash (withdrawal from the account in Raiffeisen Bank branch or delivery by collection to the client's office);
- Opening the current account in national/foreign currency, including the current account for crediting targeted funds in national currency ("2604");
- Issuing the additional business card to the card account and issuing the debit business card;
- Changing of service package;
- Connection of acquiring service, installation of POS-terminal and registration of additional outlet ("store");
- Re-identification.
